1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched by the seller or merchant listed on the Platform.
  • If the product is already out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as food, flowers, or any other items that have a limited shelf life.
  • However, refunds or replacements will be issued only if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory upon delivery and verified by our customer service team.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once the seller or merchant verifies the issue, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Product Not as Described

  • If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to customer service within 3 days of delivery.
  • Our team will evaluate your concern and take an appropriate decision regarding a replacement or refund.

  • For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support or replacement.

6. Refunds

  • If a refund is approved by Hukumji, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
